Do I need a reservation?
Seating is limited, so we recommend booking.
Book Onlineis available 24 hours. By phone (03-6910-3829) is also fine.
What are your hours and last orders?
Lunch is 11:30–14:00 and dinner is 14:00–22:00 (last order 21:30).
We are open every day of the year.
What should I budget?
Courses start at ¥7,480 for lunch and ¥9,350 for dinner.

Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes, we have gluten-free options.
What we can serve depends on the menu and the day's ingredients, soPlease mention it when you book. By phone (03-6910-3829) we are also happy to help.
Can you accommodate allergies?
We will do our best, soplease tell us about the allergy when you book。
Because everything is prepared in the same kitchen on the same iron plate, we cannot promise the complete absence of trace amounts. If you have a severe allergy, please call us in advance.
Can I book for a special occasion?
Yes. We offer an Anniversary Course and write a message on the dessert plate (English, hiragana or katakana).

Is this genuine Kobe beef?
Kobe beef is raised from Tajima cattle of Hyogo Prefecture, and the name is given only to those that meet strict certification standards.
We are a member of the Kobe Meat Distribution Promotion Council, and the shields for top prize at the Kobe Beef Competition line our walls. SeeKobe Beef.
Is there a dress code?
We do not have a dress code.
Please come as you are.
Can I come with my family?
Yes, families are very welcome.
Guests with children are welcome.
Is there parking?
We do not have our own car park.
If you come by car, please use the car park in the same OVOL Nihonbashi Building or a nearby paid car park.
Can I smoke inside?
The restaurant is entirely non-smoking.
If you wish to smoke, there is a smoking area at B-One in the same OVOL Nihonbashi Building.
